Saj and Nakul join Edgware Cricket Club's Hall of Fame

Sajith Sriwickramasekaran and Nakul Jilka have been inducted into Edgware Cricket Club's Hall of Fame for 2023. In doing so, they join an exclusive club of previous recipients Dharmish Bhatt (2021) and Jude Saverus (2022).

Both Sajith and Nakul joined Edgware in its inaugural season in 2015 and have been consistent performers for the boys in blue. Throughout their 9 years at the club, both players have been part of numerous division winning sides and both players have captained Edgware on occasion.

"I can't think of two more deserving players than Saj and Nakul" spoke club chairman, Ciaran Hosty at the club's rural offices in Watford. "Sajith is probably one of the most naturally gifted players Edgware has ever had and his ability to switch between batting and bowling with incredible success is testament to that. In equal measure, Nakul Jilka is certainly the best batsman the club has ever had and his numerous years averaging 50+ has been a key ingredient to our success over the past 10 years".
